Signature Recognition Opportunities
Signature recognition opportunities allow donors to create a lasting legacy of compassion and care. These opportunities may include naming of select conference rooms , outdoor spaces, items, or serving as a Campaign Challenge Partner. Naming recognition is typically granted for a 10-year period and may be renewed through continued partnership and support.
Recognition Policy
Livingston County Catholic Charities prayerfully and thoughtfully determines recognition opportunities in alignment with campaign priorities, mission needs, and stewardship of our facilities.
Contributions to this campaign should only be considered in addition to, not in lieu of, support of the Diocesan Service Appeal or tithing in a local parish.
The contributions to this Capital Campaign Fund are primarily intended to support Livingston County Catholic Charities’ acquisition of a new building and related renovations. Donations will be first used to reimburse Catholic Charities for the costs of acquiring its new building and related renovations and fundraising expenses for this Capital Campaign, including but not limited to debt payoff, reimbursement for capital expenditures, renovation costs, design fees, equipment purchases, moving expenses, furniture expenses, postage expenses, event costs, etc.
Donors understand that their contribution is being made to a restricted fund, and funds will be allocated in pursuit of the Capital Campaign’s objectives. In the event the campaign goal is fully met or the project scope changes, any remaining funds may be redirected toward other projects or operational needs that align with the overall mission of Livingston County Catholic Charities, at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
If the campaign goal is not fully met, contributions will be used first to reimburse Catholic Charities for advance payments made for acquisition of the new building and related renovations and fundraising expenses for this Capital Campaign. If such reimbursement is fully made, remaining funds will next be applied to debt payoff for the new building at a time the Board of Directors deems appropriate.
Please note that Livingston County Catholic Charities reserves the right to adjust campaign goals or project timelines as necessary to meet the needs of the organization or changes in circumstances.
