Owning our building outright will allow LCCC to reinvest $8,000 per month ($96,000 annually) directly into services.
Impact of the New Space
Capacity impact: The new space means more appointments, more group counseling, and quicker access through private intake rooms.
Whole-family impact: More rooms support children/teen sessions, caregiver coaching, and couples/family work, which was often previously impossible to schedule simultaneously in tight quarters.
Privacy & dignity: Purpose-built counseling rooms with soundproof offices and separate waiting areas protect confidentiality and lower stigma, increasing follow-through.
Efficient staffing: Centralized, flexible rooms (including larger group spaces) allow us to serve more clients with the same staff hours, stretching donor dollars.
